Can I download content for offline viewing?
Yes — Standard downloads on 1 device, Premium downloads on every device on your account. Pin episodes and movies for trips and watch with no signal.
What about kids? Is there parental control?
Every profile can be toggled to Kids Mode, which filters content above an age cap (PG, 12+, 16+ etc.) and requires a parental PIN to leave that profile.
Which devices are supported?
Samsung & LG smart TVs, Android TV, iOS, Android, web (Chrome / Safari / Edge / Firefox), Chromecast, and AirPlay 2. Apple TV and Roku are on the roadmap.
Can I change my plan or cancel later?
Yes — upgrade, downgrade, or cancel in your Account page at any time. Changes take effect at the end of your current billing cycle and we never auto-renew without notice.
